Our company was able to work with Wingate through the furnishing of a large window, patio door, and storefront window scope of work and have been very impressed with the results. It was a bit nerve-racking for us without prior experience with the brand on a project that was very important for our company. Combine that with the product shipping from overseas with large deposits and it was almost more risk than we wanted to take on. However, we are very glad that we did. John and his team communicated well through shop drawings, revisions, and details with ADA and kept us updated through the production and shipping timeframe with photos of the product and clear shipping plans and timeframes. The product was packaged extremely well and unloaded at the site without issue. The quality of the product itself is incredible in the build quality. We were very impressed in the process and will be doing much more business in the future.
